Amazon Returns Policy

If you have recently made a purchase on Amazon that, for one reason or another you are unsatisfied with, you may return the item if the criteria in the Amazon returns policy is met. There is different criteria, depending on the nature of the item you purchased. For instance, sports & leisure items may be returned within 30 days, but if the item is larger, then it must be returned within 14 days.

In general, the Amazon returns policy states that all items must be returned within 30 days in order to receive a refund. The exception is larger items, in which case you have 14 days to return the item and receive a refund. Warehouse deals excluded all items that you wish to return must be new and in their original packaging. That means they must be unopened. Baby items, shoes, clothing, and accessories must have their tags still attached, in addition to being in their new condition and original packaging if applicable.

Any electronic products purchased from must be returned within 30 days. In order to protect your privacy, you should be sure to remove all of your personal information before returning your electronics. If a product becomes defective outside of the 30 day window, Amazon will not accept an online return. Instead, customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer.

Any software purchased from Amazon will not be accepted for return if it has been opened. Amazon reserves the right to refuse returns or to charge any persons with the fees and expenses associated with shipping and processing on any opened software that is returned. Magazine subscriptions may also be returned, but only if the subscription code has not been redeemed. The gift box itself does not need to be returned in the case of magazine subscriptions. Instead, Amazon asks that you contact them with the subscription code attached.
