Ambrose Wilson Returns Policy

Ambrose Wilson is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, and in the event that you are not satisfied, then the Ambrose Wilson returns policy provides a 14 day grace period for your convenience. All items that you wish to return require the receipt or proof of purchase, and are to be returned in as new condition as they were received in.

In addition to the receipt, the Ambrose Wilson returns policy asks that you fill out the Advice Note included in every delivery. On the back of the advice note, you are to select the product that you wish to return and to specify the reason for returning the item. Ambrose Wilson asks this so that they may hear the customer’s feedback and provide a more satisfactory experience in the future. In the event that the advice note was not included with your delivery, simply use a separate piece of paper to write down the item number, your reason for returning, name, address, and customer number. Don’t forget to include the item after filling out the advice note!

Return via courier service is also available for your convenience. Courier return can be arranged by contacting your courier, or by arranging a return online at the Ambrose Wilson website. If the item you purchased proves to be defective, you will receive a free repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund.

Some items fall outside of the 14 day return window. See the Ambrose Wilson returns policy on their website for a full list of items not covered by the 14 day grace period. Audio and video recording devices that are unsealed or used will not be accepted for return. The same qualifications apply to any computer software purchased from Ambrose Wilson. Should an item be returned after 14 days, Ambrose Wilson reserves the right to send the item back and charge the individual for shipping and processing fees.
