Argos Returns Policy

While Argos is committed to distributing high quality products, they recognize that customers may change their mind and wish to return the product and the Argos returns policy outlines the conditions that apply to returns and exchanges.

Most items are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The Argos returns policy states that products are to be returned to Argos unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and with a receipt or proof of purchase to receive a refund. If you do not have your original receipt, but have some other proof of purchase, items may be exchanged or refunded with gift cards or vouchers.

Some items such as earrings and foot spas cannot be exchanged or refunded due to health and safety concerns. Certain non-faulty imaging and recording products, including mp3 players and digital cameras may not be accepted for return so that your personal security can be protected.

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to video game consoles so it is important to read the specifications located on the box prior to installation or purchase of the device. If you have purchased a video game and have not removed the plastic wrapping, then you may return the video game within 30 days. If, however, the plastic wrap has been unsealed, then Argos’ 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply. Kitchen appliances are also excluded from the normal 30 day guarantee, but should a problem arise within 30 days, an advisor will gladly assist you with your problem.

If the product purchased is faulty out of the box, then bring in the item within 30 days with a receipt or proof of purchase and Argos will give you a replacement or a refund at your convenience. After 1 year, Argos will repair the product when possible, otherwise a replacement or refund will be provided.
