B & Q Returns Policy

If you have recently made a purchase from B & Q and are unsatisfied, or if the decision to buy was made prematurely, you should turn your attention to the B & Q returns policy. When purchasing anything from B & Q, either in store or online, remember to hold on to your receipt. Returns and exchanges can, in some cases, be returned without one, but having your receipt will ensure that B & Q will be able to help you if you need to bring something back.

The customer has the ability to cancel a delivery for any reason before the product has been delivered. Items received may be returned within 45 days after delivery. To cancel a delivery, contact B & Q either by telephone at 0800 3895516 or emailed at home.delivery@b-and-q.co.uk. Items purchased online may be brought to any B & Q store, however, you will need to bring your sales advice, as well as the credit or debit card that you used when making your purchase.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to a number of conditions in order to be valid. Most importantly, the product itself must be unused. Any orders that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your specific requirements cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Any refunds will be received and full. This includes the price paid, including any relevant delivery charges.

If you have had multiple items delivered, and only wish to return part of the entire order, you may do so. An applicable delivery charge will be calculated for the remaining part of the order, and you will be refunded accordingly. At any time, B & Q reserves the right to refuse a return. B & Q also reserves the right to require proof of identity on any returns.
