BHS Returns Policy

Consult BHS’ returns policy for issues, questions, and other information with regards to your purchases. The BHS company guarantees a refund for any purchase in which the customer is not completely satisfied. In order to make this return, the item must be sent back in saleable condition within 14 days of the receipt. Online products may be returned to any BHS within 28 days of delivery.

When returning goods to the store, it is important to bring a copy of your order invoice and the original credit card or debit card in which you made the purchase. This invoice is automatically sent to your email after making your online purchase. It is available in a pdf format. If you have misplaced this email, contact the customer care team by phone to have a copy resent. The refund will be credited back to your account using the same manner in which it was originally processed. Any item that was purchased at a BHS store must be returned to a BHS store in order to receive the refund.

Some brands may only be returned to the website, not the store. These brands are Wallis, Burton, Lotus, Cutie, Voulez Vous, Prodigy Red, Jasmine, Sodamix & Isabel. To return a purchase by post, first access the online returns centre. Using your order history, select the order and complete the online form. You will receive a link to print a returns advice note and a returns label. This link will also be emailed to you. After completing these steps, you are ready to take your return to any Post Office. Be sure to request a proof of posting certificate for your records. It will take about 10 working days from the date of posting for your refund to be made. Contact the company if it is taking any longer than these ten days. For large or heavy purchases, different procedures may apply.
