Boden Returns Policy

The Boden returns policy provides a “no-quibble” outlet for customers who are not satisfied so that they can return any products, no questions asked. Any garments that are irreversibly damaged either by pets, children, or otherwise will not be accepted for return. That is about the only exception, though. If you have an item you have purchased within the past three months, Boden will refund the amount you paid for the item in full, or offer an exchange if you so choose.

If you purchased an item longer than three months ago, you may still qualify to return the item. Until the first anniversary of your purchase, and if the item is still in good condition, of course, then Boden will give your account credit for the amount that you paid for the item. In the event that you are attempting to return orders with abnormal frequency, Boden keeps track of all returns in order to prevent customers from returning their entire wardrobe after each season.

If you have had an item for longer than three months, but you notice a fault in the item before six months, Boden will give you your money back. Should you buy an item at a discount price, and later decide that you have made a mistake and wish to return it, as with all other returns, you will be refunded the price that you paid for the item.

Returns are processed as quickly as possible, though sometimes a return may take up to twenty-one days to process. An exception to the three month Boden returns policy is any item marked on sale. Sale goods must be returned within seven days so that they can make it back into stock before the sale ends. All other purchases may be returned within three months, so if you are going away for any reason, you have plenty of time to get your money back or make an exchange, whichever you prefer.
