Daxon Returns Policy

The Daxon returns policy is such to provide you, the customer with a hassle-free experience. To accomplish this, Daxon offers free exchanges and returns services. All items that you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. All returned items are expected to be in their original condition. Only after the condition of the item has been verified will you be refunded the cost of the item. The postage and packaging charge you paid of £2.95 will not be refunded, but you will not be asked to pay any sort of return charge. Deliveries that are cancelled or items that are returned outside of the 14 day window may result in a charge of £3 per item. This charge will be dropped if a valid explanation for the late return can be provided.

In addition to the hassle-free returns policy which gives you 14 days to return the undesired item, customers may also give notice of cancellation in writing or some other durable medium within 7 working days. This seven day period starts the day after the day of delivery and is in accordance with the Consumer Protection 2000. Should you choose this method of return, you, the customer, are responsible for arranging the return of the item at your own cost. You must also ensure that the item is in its original condition and is not damaged in transit.

All refunds will be given only after the returned item has been received. Refunds will be given in the same method with which you used to make the purchase. Should you decide to cancel the entire order transaction, and return all items within the transaction, Daxon will refund the £2.95 you paid for delivery, but you are responsible for the return postage associated with the return.
