Dixons Returns Policy

Under the Dixons returns policy, Dixons will accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged in some way. They will also accept returns on items about which you’ve simply changed your mind.

In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, items may be returned within seven working days from the day after delivery, and Dixons will accept returns on goods even if the packaging has been opened to inspect them.

Dixons returns policy says that customers are entitled to receive a full refund on timely returns accompanied by some proof of purchase, which may be a receipt, delivery note, or bank statement. Additionally, the returned goods must be in “as new” condition and packaged in their original, undamaged packaging including all accessories and free gifts received with them; products may not have been used, installed, or had any data input, and must have benn unused and treated with a reasonable amount of care. All DVDs, CD’s, memory cards and software must be returned unopened.

Dixons will actually accept products returned within 21 days of the delivery date, provided that it is returned in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns can be arranged online via the Contact Center facility of the Customer Services page, or by phoning the Contact Center on 08445 61 11 11 with your order number and delivery details.

A complete refund including the cost of the product as well as any delivery charge paid will be credited to your payment card with 5-7 working days. However, Dixons reserves the right to retain charges paid on any service which has already begun or been completed.

Dixons does ask that customers make an attempt to resolve any problems with a product that appears faulty by consulting the product manual, checking online, or phoning the Contact Centre. After this return arrangements are made as above.
