Dorothy Perkins Returns Policy

Dorothy Perkins returns policy states that they will refund the purchase price on any item if you return it in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment.

Items such as cosmetics, pierced jewelry, underwear and swimwear can only be accepted for return if they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, or if they are returned unused with the hygiene seal unbroken. Cosmetics and all other items that are part of the Dorothy Perkins concession brand can only be returned to the website; Dorothy Perkins stores cannot accept these items.

Any item with which you are not completely satisfied can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt by any of three methods. First, at a convenient drop point, provided by collect +, second, by post, third, to your local Dorothy Perkins Store. Returns to Dorothy Perkins stores may be made within up to 28 days of receipt.

If you received any item by mistake, or if the item you received is in any way faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or somehow unfit for purpose, Dorothy Perkins will refund the delivery charges you paid to receive the item, unless the returned item was received as part of a larger order. EU customers returning their purchases within the seven day cooling off period will also have their delivery charges refunded.

Over and above the Dorothy Perkins returns policy, EU customers have seven working days beginning the day after the receipt of the merchandise to cancel their order in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations. Order cancellations made under these regulations must be made in writing and the items must be returned to Dorothy Perkins. Dorothy Perkins may arrange to collect any unreturned items at your cost.
