Evans Returns Policy

Evans returns policy guarantees a hassle free return of items by all customers even those outside the UK and republic of Ireland. Customers can make an item return by sending it by Collect+ or dropping it off at one of Evans stores. The returns policy ensures customer safety by refunding only to the original method of payment. Customers have 14 days to make a return. This is in line with the Direct Selling Regulations

International Customers
International customers can also make item returns. They do not receive a prepaid returns label and have to bear the costs of return. The period of return is also 14 days just like customers in the UK and Ireland.

Non-returnable items
Some items are not acceptable as return items. These include hygienically sensitive items like pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear. DVDs, CDs and software whose seal has been broken are also unacceptable. Perishable goods, food and drink can also not be returned.

How to return
Items can be returned by Collect+. The customer can drop off an item at any of Collect+ stores. Items can also be sent by post. In both instances, the customer should log into his account, go to the ‘arrange a return’ section and create a return. this will generate a unique authorisation code. The customer has to indicate this number on the prepaid returns label that comes with the item.

Customers in the UK and Ireland can return items to the nearest Evans store in the republic of Ireland. Returns are unacceptable in UK mainland and northern Ireland stores. This excludes those stores in departmental stores like BHS. The proof of purchase will be required for a refund. In store returns can be made within 1 month of the item’s purchase. International customers who buy online at evans.co.uk cannot be refunded or have an exchange.

Money is credited to the customer’s account within 28 days.
