Freemans Returns Policy

At Freemans, the customer comes first which is why the Freemans returns policy offers a 14 day grace period that gives you the opportunity to return the items that you are not satisfied with. If you are a new customer or a returning one, be sure to hang on to the receipt or proof of purchase. This is required for all returns.

Be sure you fill out the Advice Note before making a return. You will find the advice note included in every delivery. The back of the note contains a list of items in the delivery and all you have to do is select the product that you wish to return and to specify the reason for returning the item. Your opinion matters at Freemans, and the advice note provides necessary feedback for improving customer satisfaction. Any piece of paper may be used in the event of a lost Advice Note. Simply write down the item number, your reason for returning, name, address, and customer number. After that is all done, place the unwanted items in the package alongside the advice note, and send it on its way.

Freemans offers a variety of options when making a return. Courier service is available from the Freemans website, or it may be returned at your local post office. Customers will be compensated in the form of a repair, exchange, or refund for any defective items. Items such as audio and video recording devices that are unsealed or used will not be accepted for return for they are not included under the 14 day return period.

This is the same for any computer software purchased online at Freemans. Any items returned after 14 days or not in their original condition are susceptible to be sent back at the customer’s expense, so be sure to meet all the criteria before returning your order.
