High and Mighty Returns Policy

High and Mighty returns policy is very simple and easy to understand. The catalogue can accept returned items in 14 days after purchase. The customer will bear costs for returns done after this period as well as pay for courier or postage fees. Customers can return items to any of High and Mighty’s stores if the purchase was done in any of their stores. Refunds are only done at the head office by the returns team.

Packaging
Items must be returned intact. The catalogue deals mainly in men clothing and footwear. These items must be intact with the security seals unbroken. The customer has to indicate on the advice note why he is returning the item. The returned goods note should be taped on the package showing the name and address of the customer

Returning
The customer can drop off the package at any High and Mighty store. Electricals and home items are not accepted in this method. The customer can also log into his account and arrange a return. This can also be done on the phone. The catalogue’s courier does the pick up. The post office can also be used to send a package. In any case, the customer has to get a roof of return; either a receipt from the courier or a proof of postage from the post office.

Late returns
Customers pay a processing fee of £3.00 per item for any item returned after 14 days. The catalogue can then decide on the fate of a return. Any refund will be done in 6 months.

Home approval exceptions
Electricals and some home items are excluded under the home approval plan. Computers, cameras, TVs, dishwashers, fridges etc are excluded. They are only returnable by the customer exercising his statutory right to return goods. Otherwise the security seal must be unbroken.
