House of Bath Returns Policy

Almost any item purchased from House of Bath may be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the House of Bath returns policy. Any goods that you wish to return must be unworn, in the original packaging. Swing tickets must also be included, and labels are to be intact and attached.

Your delivery should include an Advice Note listing all of the contents of your order. Upon return, House of Bath asks that you select the appropriate reason code for the return on the back of the advice note, in addition to the code alongside the product being returned. This helps House of Bath improve future shopping experiences for all of its customers.

House of Bath’s returns policy incorporates a Home Approval Period lasting 28 days in which you will have the opportunity to return the product you are unsatisfied with. Any returns made after the Home Approval period are subject to be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. This period applies to most products ordered off of the website, though there are exceptions.

Products that fall outside of the Home Approval policy include perishable items, products made to specific qualifications upon your request, pillows, mattress toppers, duvets, underwear, DVDs, and white goods such as washing machines, refrigerators, and dish washers. Products that are defective upon receipt due to faulty materials or defective workmanship will be met with appropriate action on behalf of House of Baths in the form of free replacement, repair, or refund.

House of Bath offers multiple ways to return products at the customers’ convenience. Returns may be made via your Courier. Be sure to notify your courier 48 hours prior to the return. Returns may also be made at the post office and should be in the original packaging with the ‘Returns’ label over your name and address on the bag.
