House of Fraser Returns Policy

The House of Fraser returns policy lays out different rules for returning products to their website and returning products purchased at their stores. Products may be returned to any House of Fraser store within 14 days from the date on which the goods are received for a full refund delivered via the original payment method. Between 14 and 28 days after the date of receipt, items may be returned for exchange for other House of Fraser merchandise, or a House of Fraser gift card equal in value to the price of purchase.

Items may also be returned by post within the 14 day period, for a full refund, or after 14 days but within 28 days for a House of Fraser eVoucher equal to the original value of the item. Products cannot be exchanged by post. Exchanges can only be made in a House of Fraser store. If the original purchase was made with House of Fraser eVouchers or gift certificates, the refund amount will be in eVouchers only. Merchandise returned after 28 days and which is not faulty or damaged, may not receive a free refund. Rather such items will be returned to the sender , who will be charged for the cost of the delivery.

Faulty or damaged goods purchased via PayPal may be returned by post for a full refund. Certain items may only be returned unopened , and in their original condition, these include items such as lingerie, hosiery , swimwear, men’s underwear, hats, DVDs, CDs, duvets, pillows, mattresses, mattress protectors, personal grooming products and cosmetics. Hats must have their return policy swing ticket attached.

Some products are non returnable. These include House of Fraser Gift Vouchers, hampers, food and beverages and ‘free’ items. Other items not mentioned here may be added to the list of non returnable’s from time to time.
