Isme Returns Policy

Isme returns policy is pretty straightforward and clear. The policy is spelled out on the website’s returns FAQs with many of the questions that customers may have being answered. The catalogue does the best to answer queries on packaging, mode of sending and refunds. This catalogue is very clear on these issues and customers will have a fairly easy time when returning an item purchased from isme.

Packaging
Items must be in their original form when being returned. If the item was incomplete at the time of purchase, the customer can contact isme for the missing parts or opt to return the item. Items must be returned in 21 days. All the security tags must be intact and attached to the item. The items must not have been used or altered in any way. It is also advisable to attach the returns goods note on the item.

Sending items back
Returns can be made free by using Collect+. Just package the item and drop it at one of the Collect+ stores. This is for packages under the weight of 10 kilograms. One can also arrange for a return on his account by going to the ‘arrange for a return’ section, or call isme. The item will be picked up by Yodel, which is isme’s courier. The customer can also send the item by post office.

Isme Refunds
The customer’s account will be credited in 7 days after the receipt of the returned goods. This is for goods that are returned by Collect+ or Yodel courier. For those who use post office, the funds are refunded in 14 days. For those items bought in promotions and coming in multiples, for example 2 for 1, the 2 items must be returned.

Exceptions
The Isme catalogue does not have an exception for any goods. Special terms and conditions are stated when the purchase is being done.
