Jacamo Returns Policy

Jacamo returns policy is uniform with the JD Williams chain of catalogues. The policy follows the home approval guide, terms and conditions when considering a return. Customers should return items within 14 days and any day later than this is late return. Jacamo has much discretion when considering a return for an item. The home approval plan cover excludes some goods mainly electronics and personalised items. The return policy is clear on this.

An item for return must be good as new. Security seals must be intact and all original labels must be attached. The goods should be not have been altered in any way. The customer should include an advice note with a tick on the reason for returning. Alternatively, one can write the reason on the package. A returned goods note should be attached too.

Returning items to Jacamo
An arrangement for return can be made in the customer’s account on the ‘arrange a return’ section. One can also call Jacamo to make the arrangement. Jacamo’s courier will make the pick up. Alternatively one can use a courier of choice or the post office. A receipt from the courier or proof o posting is mandatory for a refund.

Late returns
Any items returned after 14 days are late and attract a processing fee of £3.00 per item. Jacamo can then decide whether to replace, refund or return the item to the customer at her own cost.

Home approval exclusions
Electronics like TVs, computers, DVDs, and software are not included in the 14 day home approval plan. The customer’s statutory rights remain if the security seals on the items have not been broken. White goods like washing machines and dishwashers are on the exclusion list too. For these items a return is possible only if they are defective or they are unused.
