JD Williams Returns Policy

As a way to show their dedication to their customers, the JD Williams returns policy provides a lengthy, 14 day period, during which the customer may send back any unwanted items. Certain conditions apply, as some items sold through JD Williams are not included under the 14 day return policy. Any item that can record audio or video that has been opened or used will not be accepted, for privacy purposes. Computer software that has had the security seals broken are also ineligible to be returned. Be sure to check the JD Williams website for a full list of items that fall outside of the 14 day return policy. Any purchased item that proves to be defective on arrival will be repaired, replace, or refunded by JD Williams.

When returning items to JD Williams, make sure you have a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to send back with the order. Also be sure to fill out the back of the advice note included in every delivery and enclose it with the items you wish to return. This way JD Williams can continue to improve and better serve their customers. A separate piece of paper will substitute for the advice note if it has been lost. Be sure to include the item number, your reason for returning, name, address, and customer number. JD Williams offers courier service for returns.

All you have to do is log on to the JD Williams website and arrange a return, or contact your courier directly. Should an item be returned after the 14 day period has ended, or the returned item does not meet specified qualifications, the item is subject to be returned. In this event, the customer would be responsible for processing fees involved with each item that is being returned.
