JJB Sports Returns Policy

Consult the JJB sports returns policy page for questions regarding your returns and refunds for their many sports related items, clothing, and equipment. Any item may be returned within 28 days of delivery, assuming it is unworn and unused and is in resaleable condition. An item may be refused for refund is the item is damaged. Clothing, equipment, and other products should be returned with all original tags and labels attached. Footwear must not have been used and must have no evidence of use other than being tried on. Similarly, equipment must reveal no evidence of use. Refunds of your purchases will be processed using the same manner of original payment using the same card used at purchase.

For items bought online, return your purchase within the 28 days provided. These return must be sent back with the original Order Dispatch Note. The company does not provide any free postage labels, thus you must cover the costs of your return fees in their shipping. However, you may also return your purchases to JJB sports stores, free of charge. Be sure to bring your original receipt when you bring your online purchases to a JJB sports store. Clearance stores, however, do not accept returns.
