K and Co Returns Policy

K and Co returns policy is fairly easy to understand. The website of the catalogue has a detailed FAQ section that outline all that you need to know when trying to return your item. Unlike many stores that sometimes bury their returns policy in obscure pages, the K and Co. returns policy is fairly easy to understand. There questions and answers for most of the questions that customers have in mind when returning an item. To make the deal even fairer, returns are free at K and C.

For an incomplete item, K and Co. offers to replace the broken parts or send the missing parts. If the customer is not satisfied, the item to be returned must be in its original form. The product must be unused and intact. The original security tags must be attached to the item. The item must be returned before a period of 21 days.

The item can be returned for free using Collect+. Simply locate the nearest Collect+ store and drop off the item. This is free for parcels up to 10 kilograms. Alternatively one can call K and Co. and arrange for their courier, Yodel to pick up the package and send it over. The post office can also be used to return an item.

For items returned using Collect+ or Yodel, the customer’s account is credited within 7 days. For the post office, this period is 14 days. The refund will reflect on the customer’s account in the next end of month statement. Items that were promotional must be returned in full, for example a 3 for 2 package must have all the 3 items returned.

K and Co. does not have an exceptions policy. Items that have special conditions have these terms and conditions spelled out on purchase.
