Kaleidoscope Returns Policy

Any purchase made from the Kaleidoscope catalogue that you are unhappy with may be returned within 14 days of receipt under Kaleidoscope’s returns policy. Returns of unwanted items can be made by shipping items via the post office at no extra charge. Courier service is also available for returns to conveniently accommodate you, the customer.

When returning a good, Kaleidoscope asks that you fill out the delivery note included in your order. If you have lost the delivery note, it is your responsibility to prepare the item for collection, ensuring that it is in its original package, and packed securely for transit. Be sure to include a letter with your name, address, account number, catalogue number, and a description of the item/s being returned. You should also specify a reason from the list on Kaleidoscope’s website that explains why you are returning the item.

You can check the status of your return/collection by checking the ‘Recent Activity’ tab on your account at their website. Items that fall under the Approval Guarantee must meet several conditions. Returned items are to be complete, unused, in the original packaging, with the correct documents, and are to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items that do not meet one or more of these qualifications will not be accepted.

Certain goods are exceptions to the Approval Guarantee. These items are identified in the catalogue online at their website. Unless an item is faulty, any returns received after the 14 day approval period will not be accepted and no refund will be issued to your account. All items that do meet the specified qualifications for return, and are received within the 14 day approval period will be accepted at no cost to the customer. The courier service will save you the expense of returning unwanted items and Kaleidoscope will match the cost of returning goods against the delivery charges.
