Littlewoods Returns Policy

Littlewoods’ returns policy is such so that you may shop with them in confidence. Littlewoods will replace or refund most items that are returned unused, in their original packaging, and with any appropriate security tags in place within 21 days of receipt. This is called the 21 Day Approval Guarantee, and gives the customer ample time to return a product that is either faulty or simply undesired.

The Approval Guarantee does not apply to certain items, or may only apply if specified conditions are met. The customer will be informed of these expectations when the order is being placed. Items that fall outside of the Approval Guarantee are highlighted on the product page as well as any set conditions pertinent to the item of interest.

Under your statutory rights, you may cancel your order within seven working days of receipt. This does not apply to any purchased item that is personalized (engravings, etc.), perishable goods, and audio & video recordings. Computer software that has been opened or has had the security film removed may not be returned. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been used in a way or to an extent that would be considered reasonable if you were to examine the item in a store prior to purchasing.

In compliance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Littlewoods will provide repairs, replacement, or refund for any product that fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect. Should an electrical or furniture product fail, Littlewoods will direct you to the corresponding supplier hotline to help alleviate your problem.

Returns that fall outside of the Approval Guarantee may be returned at your expense, and are subject to a processing fee. This includes returning items late (after 21 days), incomplete, or used returns, and returns outside of the terms of the expectations of the Approval Guarantee.
