Miss Selfridge Returns Policy
If you need to make a return or receive a refund on your purchase, consult the Miss Selfridge returns policy page for inquiries or more detailed information. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase from Miss Selfride, you have 14 days within the date of the receipt to return the item. To do so, the item must be returned in saleable condition. All refunds will be credited back to the account using the same method that was processed during the original purchase. For any refund, the product must be returned with all barcode tags and labels still intact.
Some products, however, may not be returned. For hygiene safety, pierced jewellery, undergarments, and swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. The exception to this policy is if the products are of unsatisfactory quality or are unfit for use.
For returns, United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents have the option of conducting returns at the nearest Miss Selfridge store. This must be done within 28 days of your receipt. When doing these returns, be sure to bring your despatch note with you as proof of purchase. Be sure to also bring in the same card that was used at the time of purchase. The cardholder must be present at the time of return in order for the refund to be accepted and put back on the credit card or debit card. International purchases may be returned by post only. To do a return by post, first access your account on the website and select the “request a return” option on the website. Select the order number containing the items you wish to return and follow the “create return” link next to the order number. Be sure to select and include a reason for each item returned. After doing so, you will receive a Returns Authorisation number—write this number along with your name and address in the spaces provided on the returns label.
