Monsoon Returns Policy
The following is information pertaining to the Monsoon returns policy regarding online orders. Note: Items bought at a Monsoon or Acccessorize store must be returned to the store.
If the items bought are received in a quality that is not satisfactory, the items may be returned for a full refund. This does not apply to those that are simply unwanted. For goods that are not of quality, simply return the items in their original condition, including packaging, within 28 days of the receipt. For goods that you wish to exchange, it may be possible to do so at one of the stores, based on availability. It is, however, currently impossible to exchange an item on the website. Boutique homeware and gift products, bedding, lighting, cushions, and curtains may not be returned or exchanged at any Monsoon store. These must be returned directly via post.
Some of Monsoon’s items are nonrefundable for various reasons. Pierced products, hosiery, confectionery and cosmetic products may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Sale items may only be returned within 14 days of purchase.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order at anytime within seven working days after the day on which you received the items you ordered, with a valid receipt. In order to do so, you must inform the Website Customer Services of your cancellation in writing within seven working days following the date of the receipt. In order to return, the goods must have been handled with reasonable care and not have been of use. No hygiene seals should have been removed. Returned goods must be shipped in their original packing as soon as possible. If goods are lost or damaged when shipped, you may be responsible to the cost of the items or may not be refunded for their price.
