The customer bears much of the responsibility in ensuring he gets the correct item and that it is not faulty. Morrsisons even refunds E-pay transactions providing the customer has the card at hard.

Sealed products must be returned so. Unfrozen and unsealed food and drink products cannot be returned for obvious reasons. Electronics must be returned in their original form with no alterations done. Original receipts, labels and packaging must be presented.

Items to be returned to the original store can be sent by courier if they are of manageable size. Bulk items can be picked up by special arrangement with the Morrisons staff.

The customer can have his money back in less than a week. In the case of E-pay, the customer can have the money back in 10 minutes provided he is the store where he carried out the transaction and he has the card in hand.
