Mothercare Returns Policy

When making your purchases at Mothercare, be sure to pay attention the Mothercare returns policy and be sure you understand it completely at the time of purchase. Within 28 days of purchase, you have the right to refund of exchange your product, with some exceptions. To do these returns or refunds, the product may be returned in its original state, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for returns and refunds. The exclusions to these return policies are: toiletries, software, DVDs food (including formula milk), Tens machines, gift vouchers, gift cards, and opened mattresses. However, if these items are received in faulty or misdescribed condition, they may be returned.

Most items cane be returned to any Mothercare store. Others may be sent directly to Mothercare Direct using the Sherwood Park address. Furthermore, you may arrange to have an unwanted item collected. A small fee of 10 Euros will be incurred. Postage incurred as a result of returning the item in its shipping will not be refunded. All returned goods must include a delivery note with complete details filled out on the back. This delivery note comes with the delivery of your products.

All pushchairs, travel systems, strollers, and carseats sold by Mothercare in the UK after July 21, 2010 are subject to a two year guarantee. Any pushchair, travel system, stroller, or car seat may be returned within 28 days as long as it is returned in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging. A full refund or exchange of the product will be honored. Furthermore, we will offer a spare, repaid, or replacement product free of charge should the pushchair, travel system, stroller, or carseat have something wrong with it within the first two years of the guarantee validation date. This is, however, at Mothercare’s discretion.
