Naturally Close Returns Policy

Naturally Close returns policy is similar to that of other catalogues of the JD Williams chain. Decisions on return can be made depending on the home approval plan that excludes some goods. Electronics and personalised items are examples. Customers who intend to make a return must do so in 14 days after the purchase of the item. Goods that are returned after 14 days are considered on merit and at the discretion of Naturally Close. The catalogue is a dealer of mainly women’s wear.

Any item for return must be as new. It should be in its original form with the security seals intact. Original labels should be attached too. The customer should indicate on the advice note why she is returning the item. Writing the reason on the package is also acceptable. A returned goods note should be taped on the package. One can be requested for on the Naturally Close catalogue.

The post office can be used to send the item. A proof of postage should be obtained. The preferable method is for the customer to log in to her account, go to the ‘arrange a return’ section and fill the details. The item is then picked up by the catalogue’s courier at a standard charge. The customer is also free to pick a courier of her choice. A receipt should be obtained for refund purposes.

Late returns
After 14 days, an item is considered a late return. A processing fee of £3.00 applies after which Naturally Close can decide to repair, replace, refund or return the item to the customer at her own cost.

Home approval exception
The statutory right of returned goods applies to goods that are in their original unused form. However, home approval excludes electronics, white goods and personalised items when the security seal is broken.
