New Look Returns Policy

Consult the New Look returns policy for information regarding returns to the company. Below is a general description of some of the more important facts with regard to New Look’s policies on returns.

With a receipt of goods dated within 28 days of your purchase, you may return your items to UK stores in order to receive a refund. Note: Sale items may only be returned within seven days. All branded items must be returned by post only. For goods you are returning by post, you will have 28 days form UK and Ireland addresses and only 14 days for international addresses. Again, these must include receipts in order to receive the refund. Sale items, again, have a seven day return policy.

However you go about returning your New Look goods, it is important to remember to keep them in good condition. You may open the packaging to look at and try the goods; however, you must keep and include the original packaging with your return. All tags and labels must not be removed. It is important not to try products on when you are wearing strong perfumes, aftershaves, or deodorants, as they may lave a scent or marks. Do not where shoes outside—no scuff marks should appear on the soles. Do not remove the hygiene strips on lingerie or swimwear—removal will result in the item not being able to be returned for safety and hygienic reasons. Pierced jewellery is nonrefundable for this reason, as well. Salon Confidential Clip and Go Hair Extensions are also nonrefundable if the seal has been removed, unless the quality has been compromised in the shipping. Defective products may always be returned within the time frame.

Exchanges are currently not possible through their online store. However, items delivered to a UK address may be taken into a New Look store for an exchange.
