Premier Man Returns Policy

If you have made a purchase from the Premier Man website, and as fate would have it, you need to send the item back, the Premier Man returns policy makes returning an item and receiving a refund for your purchase easier than ever before. Premier Man offers a home approval period lasting 14 days. So, if you are unsatisfied, made a hasty decision, or otherwise, all you need to do is send back the item within the 14 day window in the condition that the item was received.

The 14 day Home Approval Period is not applicable to all goods sold through Premier Man, so be sure to know what qualifies. Television sets, computers, cameras, and mobile phones are not covered by this 14 day period. If these items are faulty on delivery, Premier Man will offer a remedy, either by refund, repair or exchange. If after a certain period the device becomes defective, consult your manufacturers warranty. Software in which the security seal has been broken will also not be accepted for return. If an item is received after the 14 day Home Approval Period, or the item is not in the condition it was received, you may be charged a processing cost of £3.00 per item at Premier Man’s discretion.

Premier Man only asks that you accompany the return with the Advice Note included with every delivered item. The advice note serves as a form of customer feedback. Premier Man listens to their customers, and aims to provide superior service. In the event that you have misplaced, thrown out, or otherwise lost track of the advice note you can just write the item number, your name, address and customer number on any piece of paper. Enclose the paper with the return, and send it on its way! Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive your refund in a timely matter. It is shopping made easy!
