Staples Returns Policy

Before purchasing for your office supplies, furniture, and technology needs, it is important to be familiar with Staples returns policy. Cancellations to orders should be called in immediately by phone. In most cases, it will be impossible to cancel your order because it will already be sent to the warehouse. We suggest is that you do no accept the products on delivery, but rather, return them to the driver right away. If the delivery has been accepted, immediately contact the customer support email and the goods will be arranged to be collected promptly.

With the Staples OrderCare, you have the right to return unwanted items within 12 months of purchase, for whatever reason. The items are even collected free of charge. If, however, you wish to return an item that is not is resaleable condition, you may be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15 Euros of 20% of the item’s selling price. Items that are excluded from the standard policy, such as laptops, selected business machines and software (assuming they are unopened and unused only), may be returned within 7 days. Some items, however, are nonrefundable at all times. These items are food and drink and made to order and personalised items.

If you choose to not take advantage of the OrderCare program, you will be provided with standard returns policies. You may still return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery. Collection, free of charge will still be available, but will only be for the first seven days. There will be a small charge after this collection period ends. Once the goods have been received and their condition evaluated, you will receive your refund. If the items are not of proper condition for return, you may be charged a restocking fee. The products to be returned must be in unused, complete, resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
