Topman Returns Policy

Before placing your order, it is important to thoroughly read through the Topman returns policy.

Products sold are given 14 days within the date of the receipt to have a complete refund. For this refund, products must be returned in saleable condition. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds will be allowed for pierced jewellery, underwear, or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or for cosmetic products in which the safety seal has been broken. The only exception to these items is if the products are of unsatisfactory quality or are unfit for use. These products must be returned with the barcode tags still attached.

Concession brands may not be returned to the the website. These items are clearly marked with an ‘***’ on your dispatch note. Stores will be unable to provide a refund for these items.

The Topman returns policy states that returns may be conducted by post or, if in the UK, by store. Topman stores outside of the UK are currently unable to process refunds of exchanges. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have seven working days, beginning the day after the receipt, to cancel your purchase. This cancellation does not include the purchases of financial services, food, drink, or other perishable items; DVDs, CDs, of software which have the security seal broken; magazine; or custom made products. Orders cancelled must provide the company ‘s Customer Services a cancellation request in writing including your order number. Cancelled items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Items that are bought as special offers, such as a multi-buy discount, will be refunded the full price of that item, less the total discount given in that order. If you return all items purchased in the mult-buy discount, you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
