Topshop Returns Policy

Consult the following information for rules regarding the Topshop returns policy.

As a customer, you are given 14 days within the date of the receipt, to return your products should you be at all unhappy with it. The goods returned must be returned in the original condition. Goods may also be returned to your nearest store within one month of the dated receipt. Some items, specifically those that are part of the concession brand collections, may only be returned to the website—these items will appear with a *** as marked in the catalogue. Refunds will be credited back to you in the original manner payment was collected.

All items to be returned must have all of the barcode tags still attached. Items must also be in their original packaging. Pierced jewellery, underwear, and swimwear may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless the hygiene seal has not been removed. Cosmetic products, as well, may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality. Items that are faulty may be subject to refund. Shoes must not be worn and must be returned in their original box.

Unfortunately, Topshop stores in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the USA currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. Customers in these countries may complete a return by post. For items returned by post, please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. An email will be sent once the parcel has been received and when your refund is complete. It is also important for international customers to be aware that they do have a seven day cancellation period should they wish to cancel their order. Regrettably, exchanged are not available at this time. Items must first need to be returned and then a new order may be processed.
