Very Returns Policy

Very returns policy is easily understandable and clear on terms of return of an item. The Very catalogue clearly spells out what the customer needs to do before returning an item, where to return it, and the period before the customer gets the refund. There is a returns section on the Very webpage that has details on the said issues, where the customer can find many of the queries answered. Very customers will find returning an item fairly easy.

The Very returns policy states that items must be returned in 21 days. The item must not have been used or altered in any way. For items that have some parts missing at purchase, Very offers to send the missing parts or replace the item in entirety. Security tags and original labels that were on the item must also be intact and attached to the item. The customer should also attach a returned goods note on the package.

Sending products back to Very
The customer can drop off the package at any of Collect+ 4000 stores. This is free but the package must be less than 10 kilograms and be in the dimensions of 60cmx60cmx90cm. For bulky items, the customer should arrange for collection by Yodel, who are Very’s courier. Items can also be sent through the post office.

Very Refunds
For items returned through Collect+ and Yodel, the funds are credited to the customer’s account in 7 days. Customers sending their goods by Post office will have refunds in 14 days. Items bought in promotions will have to be returned as all items. For example if an offer was 3 for 1, all 3 items have to be returned. Otherwise the customer pays for those that remain.

Exceptional items
Items that have special approvals will have these terms and conditions stated at the time of purchase. Otherwise, Very has no exception for the items on its catalogue.
